Simply Beautiful

On exhibition now through November 23rd in New York City at the Steven Kasher Gallery are thirty five large scale color photographs featured by National Geographic Image Collection (they have over 11 million images in their archive!)

A new book, National Geographic Simply Beautiful edited by award-winning photographer Annie Griffiths will accompany the exhibit.

This photograph by Stephen Alvarez is a work of art capturing the simple yet majestic Moai statues on Easter Island (or Rapa Nui as we know it here in Chile).

I guess this is a NatGeo kind of day, but couldn't resist when I came across this picture!
